Finding Fertile Soil

It's spring time & all the gardening guru's are out in force adding to the flora that abounds in every nook & cranny. It's wonderful to see all the colors that present themselves as a bountiful bouquet to the senses. Even an old pot bound Camilla can have new life once it's removed from its plastic confinement. You too can experience the same type of renewal as you come to therapy. The constricted ideas that don't work for you anymore are broken apart, as fresh views replace worn out ideals. You can add the fertilizer of an updated identity or change the borders with new habits. It's all possible once you allow yourself to see what lies underneath last winter's old leaves to the new growth available from more fertile soil. Spring forward dear ones!
